Beth Kaiser

Care Consultant/Caregiver Specialist

Beth came to Age Well Arrowhead in April 2020, fresh from her work with the Victory Chorus, a choir comprised of persons living with dementia and their care partners. Witnessing the dedication of those care partners awakened in her a strong desire to not only work with, but provide support to, caregivers.

She has extensive training in Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, healthy aging, aging in place, and transitions & relocation (when living independently is no longer an option) and most recently completed Advanced Dementia Capability Training, leading to certification as a caregiver coach.   Beth is usually the first person a new client meets here as they seek to create a customized care and service plan that can benefit all involved and provide respite at a challenging yet often rewarding time of life.

Beth is passionate about helping others envision a healthy, meaningful life as they age. Whether linking a client with a companion, housekeeping or transportation needs, she is a friendly, compassionate bridge in a time of need.

When she is not working, Beth enjoys container gardening, bird watching, hiking, and crocheting. She and her spouse live very quietly along the north shore of Lake Superior, taking in the many beautiful sights and sounds of life between Duluth and Grand Marais. She finds sustenance there and brings it back here in the important work of sustaining human dignity.
